Appetizers Seeds & Suds Bruschetta 1 (1 lb.) loaf French Bread ¼ cup olive oil, divided 1 tsp. minced garlic ¼ cup Mendocino Mustard Seeds & Suds ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese 6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
Heat oven to broil at 425 degrees F. Slice bread in half horizontally. Stir 2 Tbsp. oil and next four ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread half of mixture over each half of bread. Arrange half of tomato slices on top of each. Sprinkle each lightly with seasoning. Drizzle each with 1 Tbsp. of remaining oil. Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of bread begin to brown. Slice and serve immediately. Serves 6-12 Recipe courtesy of Mary Shivers
