Mendocino Mustard Turns 40

Happy 40th birthday to our gourmet Hot & Sweet mustard.

40 years ago, Mendocino Mustard became an integral part of California's food revolution - introducing new flavors and textures to a willing palate. Hot & Sweet, literally, added spice to the lives of Northern Calfornians.

Today, our kitchen still produces Hot & Sweet in small, artisan style batches, using the same time-tested recipe.

Here's to another 40 years!
