Payment Terms:
Net 30 day terms, upon approved credit. Pay from invoice included with shipment. Customer agrees to 1.5% per month (18% per annum) late charge on past due balances.

Shipping:
Charges added to invoice.
Damages & Returns:
Claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed by customer with freight carrier. No returns accepted without prior authorization.
